Hola,

I just wanted to say that the first two "chapters" (not really chapters, but the Prologue and intro) are up and are at the left hand side under the About Me section. I'd appreciate it if people could give it a read, comment, question, critique if you can. As a forewarning, I do not have a regular schedule set up yet, but I am continuously writing so hopefully I can update regularly. Gracias!

Hello there and welcome to the Marley H.C. Blog.

I'll admit, this is not my first rodeo in this blog world, but at the first time I dabbled, I was at a stage in life where I typed a few words and expected thousands, if not millions, of people to see it overnight. When that was not the reaction I received, I quit. That was almost 10 years ago.
I don't have any data or testimonies, but arguably, I still believe I've grown tremendously as a writer and have become better. My discipline is still shaky, as I've been learning how to "adult" and take on more responsibility than I can handle at times, but I feel more determined now.

I think a lot of it has to do with me coming to a crossroads; finally ready to stop crying, to stop huddling under a hoard of blankets, to wake up and focus on more self-care. I'm not perfect at it, but I'm getting there. I'm feeling better and stronger and I give so much credit to my little chromebook, waiting for me diligently, as I open a fresh document and start typing away.

There's this idea I've had for a long time now and it's been feeling really good to put it into verbs, nouns, adverbs, and adjectives. Please take a moment to read, hit me up with a comment or question, and let's go on a journey.
